Marta Scarampi is a registered company located at Via
Giuseppe Mazzini 41, 10123 Torino, Italy. All products are designed and
crafted in Italy.

2. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the
age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our
products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in your
jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any
time, for any reason.

3. Product Availability and Accuracy

We do our best to describe and photograph our products
accurately. However, due to variations in device displays, we cannot
guarantee that colors are shown exactly as they appear in real life.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify
or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders, Pricings and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable
VAT. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and may include
credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears
fraudulent, duplicated, or suspicious. If we make a change to or cancel
an order, we may contact you via the email or phone number provided at
checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services. Delivery
times vary by location and are estimated at checkout. Once shipped, a
tracking number will be provided via email.

Orders shipped to the EU, U.S., and Canada do not incur
additional customs duties. Orders to the UK, Switzerland, Asia,
Australia, and South America may be subject to import duties or taxes,
which are the responsibility of the customer.

Marta Scarampi is not responsible for lost or stolen
packages after delivery confirmation by the courier, including
deliveries to parcel lockers or building reception areas.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of
delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original
tags and packaging.

Returns for refund will incur a €24 shipping fee and a €16
handling fee, deducted from your refund total. These fees are waived if
you opt for store credit or an exchange (exchange shipping is
complimentary).

Final Sale, Personalized, and Last Chance items are not
eligible for return or exchange. Returns sent without authorization
cannot be processed. Original shipping charges and customs duties are
non-refundable.

which is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
