Processing Time
Made-to-Order Items: Each piece is meticulously crafted upon order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before shipment. Once your item is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Ready-to-Ship Items: These items are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3-5 business days
United States & Canada: 5-7 business days
United Kingdom & Switzerland: 5-7 business days
South America, Australia & Asia: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local delivery practices.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer promotions that include complimentary shipping; please subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about such offers.
Duties and Taxes
Europe, United States & Canada: Orders shipped to these regions are not subject to additional customs duties upon delivery.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, South America, Australia & Asia: Orders shipped to these regions may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delivery Responsibility
Marta Scarampi ensures that all orders are carefully packaged and handed over to our carriers in excellent condition. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, our responsibility ends. This includes deliveries made to mailrooms, concierge desks, parcel lockers, or similar collection points. If a package is missing after confirmed delivery, we kindly advise customers to contact the courier service directly to initiate an investigation.
Address Accuracy
To prevent delays or misdeliveries, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Marta Scarampi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Effective as of January 2025
At Marta Scarampi, we are committed to creating timeless pieces with a focus on quality and sustainability. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right, and we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Personalized items, items marked as final sale, and styles from the Last Chance collection are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@martascarampi.com. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid FedEx return label. Items must be securely packaged and dropped off at any FedEx location within the return window. Please note: We are unable to process any returns sent without prior authorization through our system.
Returns requested for a refund will incur a €24 shipping and €16 handling fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping for exchanges. If you prefer to receive store credit instead of a refund, all fees will be waived.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within seven (7) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds for items purchased at full price but returned after being marked down will reflect the sale price. Incomplete returns, including missing dust bags or other accessories, may result in a partial deduction.
At this time, returns are accepted for orders shipped within Europe and the United States. For customers in the UK, Switzerland, South America, Australia, and Asia, import duties and return shipping fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.
