1. Products and Orders

All garments are designed and crafted in Italy with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability. We do our best to present accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, colors may vary depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order that appears suspicious or duplicated. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally using trusted courier services. Processing times may vary depending on whether items are ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders shipped to Europe, the United States, and Canada are not subject to additional customs duties. For shipments to the UK, Switzerland, Australia, Asia, or South America, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier, Marta Scarampi is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of the parcel. This includes deliveries to mailrooms, concierge desks, or parcel lockers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Personalized items, Final Sale, and Last Chance styles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns for refund incur a €24 shipping fee and a €16 handling fee, both deducted from the total refund.
We offer free return shipping for exchanges, and waive all fees if you opt for store credit.

We are not responsible for returns sent without prior authorization. Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to images, designs, text, logos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Marta Scarampi and may not be used without written permission.
