We do not currently sell buttons. But you can read on Marta Scarampi Cape Care Guide our suggestion to reattach a button. You can also email us at info@martascarampi.com for further assitance.

Custom capes made with the cape builder will be made and shipped in 2-5 weeks. Our team will email you a more precise time frame based on production schedules.

Capes created through our Cape Builder tool are handmade to-order and unique to you.

We understand that you will want to try on your cape and we want you to be truly happy with it. We accept returns for a full credit to use on another purchase, not a full refund. We will take your cape back and work on repurposing it, so it is very important that the cape is unworn and completely new.

If you want to return, you will have to email us 2 days after you receive the cape. We will deduct a return shipping/handling fee that is a flat fee of $20/18Euros.

It is possible to cancel the order you placed if the fulfilment procedure has not yet started. However, to verify the request, you'll need to send an email to info@martascarampi.com specifying the order number and the cancellation request.

You can purchase our digital cards, and offer value amount to your friend that will be able to use it at checkout.
